Adam Smith was an Scotsman economist during the times of the American Revolution. He is most known for writing book, "The Wealth Of Nations" which helped to enforce most of the rules set in today's economic society. The Wealth of Nations was published during 1776, around the time that the United States gained it's independence. Within this book, Smith made the case for economic freedom with his belief that if everyone pursued their own goals the population is better off than if a Government or dictatorship runs the show and determines who gets what. Smith believed that millions of people could create a stable society by being able to buy and sell whatever they pleased and would allow more chances for the economy to receive financial stability. In his book, he also covered a term which he called an Invisible Hand. This was his way of explaining supply and demand kept in balance. For example, with today's society you find many musical artists pouring into the economies. This also creates an influx of music, creating more competition and forcing music sellers to lower prices on their sales. This competition helps to keep balance within the different fields of work, because with more lowered prices and competition, you then notice more musical artists are forced to find a more profitable career for stability. Thus, creating more balance in the job market. "Whenever there's a demand for a new product, such as computers, more and more companies get into business, until there are so many computers for sale that the stores have to drop their prices." - Peter Lynch This is just only a first-step basis to how the free market works, but can apply to any line of career when thought of in general terms. This kind of competition not only creates balance with the economy, but also helps to create improved products and lowered prices for the consumer. How this information should be applied is understanding that no matter what you do if you stick to it, the doors will eventually open up. Follow On Twitter |

Commission V.S. Traditional
Why Not Commission?
So what is the big "Hype" on commission jobs?
Could this be the next generation of work in the near future?
Allow me to share some effective options to explore. In today's society, you have many options for work. Any field of work requires a pay-out for the amount of effort that you put in. Some of the obvious differences between traditional work and commission work is that the hours and efforts in a commission based job can typically be set by your own standards.
Now this also depends on the what particular commission-based job you are doing. For example, there are still many jobs that offer the traditional work setting along with a commission/salary pay. These jobs in my opinion, happen to have great benefits. Not only, do you get paid off of your effort but you also are guaranteed a payment through the company salary which then allows a person to get more out of their efforts than just getting ONLY a traditional paycheck. This is not to inlude, health benefits. Which may or may not come with your other commission job options.
Another venue of commission work is a person's ability to work from home by selling a product or even affiliating products to sell. This can be done with multiple programs set up in the form of Social Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Referral Marketing, Content Marketing, MLM's, Affiliate Marketing, & etc. Now, I can't promise that all of them aren't "SCAMS". But I CAN promise you that there are many that work. Some of them all you to build in a revenue of over $100/day to mention at the very least. A lot them also lead up to the potential of earning thousands within a week. Depending on the program, you might have to put in a few hours of work, but you can do it all in the comfort of staying at home while you work. This is a HUGE difference compared to working 40 hours/week with all of your effort to receive a fixed payment. Not to downgrade the idea of a hard worker, these just happen to be additional opportunities who can handle working on their own. These opportunities tend to be great for the working mom, or just for individuals who believe in meritocracy towards effort and work.
I would never ask anyone to give up their job, but they can take moments to explore secondary options to earning a revenue. If you're the type who is tired of being over worked and under paid for all of your efforts then feel free to try one that works....

Why the Money Market?
Is it all Sales or Gimmicks?
Not at all!
Opportunity to Make Money ?
Trade has been apart of human culture since the beginning of times. Everything that we exude out of our power is a trade. We give effort, we give, love, we give time, we give our best so that we can gain something in return for equal value.
Everyday life is just one big market. We give some and then we receive some. What's important to always ask is, "WHY?"
People such as Steve jobs, Albert Einstein, Thomas Jefferson, were great inventors, but they all had something to give. It doesn't matter if you have a creation or just want to create something more, the point is, that you always have to put out to receive back. Those inventors studied, prepared, dreamed, created.... but they were not afraid to keep giving until it produced a result.
"Why?"... Is a question you should ask yourself everyday. It's that concept that leads everyone to remember their purpose of what's in their hearts.
The market just happens to be the advanced form of giving and receiving. It's bigger than just an objective there's a passion behind it. You just have to ask yourself what is your passion?... Would you like to have a better lifestyle? Would you like to support for your family? Would you like to pay off those school loans and have money to still make a living?
When you figure out the 'Why's then you could apply it to the "What's"....
WHAT ARE YOU GIVING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN???
