Loyalty Between Business

Why Loyalty To Your Business is Essential

Can a foundation flourish without trust?

In the 1800's John D. Rockerfeller formed an oil company with a highly effective market of competitive pricing. He became one of the most powerful oil producers known to American history. Due to Rockerfeller's effective power within the industry many owners oil business had to form trusts that began a monopoly of fixed prices and deals to avoid competition. A tactic to be known and created by S.C.T. Dodd.

Due to the effectiveness of these trusts this monopolized method spread into various fields of the business trade forming merges and conglomerate. This formed a tight pact between these companies and industries that forced out every other competitor who did not merge.

Digressing back to the point of loyalty. The Dodd Method is a clear example as to how loyalty and trust is the entire strong hold of any flourishing business. During that era, all the businesses who merged with Rockerfeller became successful in production. Now, this is also a concept to be applicable to customers, families, and friends.

Due to the lack of focus on the widespread benefits of the consumers and market the trusts were eventually demonopolized. However, this is not to say that with the right moralities set in place formations can't still be formed off similar tactics.

For example, take a family and friends of 3. If these set of 3 members kept a tight pact of focus towards helping each member to succeed in becoming better writers, you would then see this consistent growth of progressive writers. Each group would then form a foundation. That would leave a family of growing writers and a group of friends of growing writers. Each group could then potentially produce products of writings to sell while also creating a competition of product... Let the best group win.

The Dodd method is still very much important to these groups because without the initial trusts and foundations built with the loyalty of helping each other to grow, these individual groups would not flourish.

Loyalty is the main foundation for anything to be successful. This includes loyalty to business, ideas, products, goals, consumers, and members.

Empire State of Mind

EMPIRE AND ARTS

As we know it, the business world has always made transitions when dealing with the changes in time of product and demand. From the Industrial era to present day there have been many variations made to business and cultures that have also affected the rise and downfalls of particular communities.

In the late 1800's and early 1900's the capitalist system was built mainly consisting of shipping, oil, railroads, and trade. As we look at the present day it is obvious that system has adjusted with time in to more technical and digital foundations. Technology now seems to be the way of the future also forcing companies to look at the possibilities of using automated systems, androids, and computers to complete tasks rather than actual workers. These transitions also forced those previous workers to find other jobs in which they could be qualified for as a beneficial future career. The focus of these future jobs also became very narrowed leaving out the attention towards other fields, such as the arts.

Art is the innovative state in which everything is created. From electronics, architecture, writing, fashion, music, culture. It's all made with creative concepts thus leading back to the arts. As we take a look around we find so many within the generations looking to explore their innovative ideas and creativity but not finding the right avenues and venues to do so. This leads to an open ended question of, what if there was more of an equal balance towards incorporating more of the arts into these future careers?

Imagine having more corporations and empires built around what people more so love to do, not excluding the necessities of survival and foundation. There is a middle class of jobs and people looking to be combined in this current era. Once again, due to a transitional period we find many people looking for future beneficial careers. However, due to the expenses of school and qualifications needed, a lot of positions are still not being filled. Yet, if these creative abilities of art were looked at as a certificational process it could potentially open up more people into careers that are also easily transferable in the future.

Building empires and corporations around the arts not only helps the generation of the future but also helps the building upon the cultures and communities.
