See it first

Become your belief system
Your goals come from the set visions that you create in your mind. Now, those visions are not initially meant for anyone else because a visual idea is created from your own thoughts. How can anyone see what you are constantly thinking unless you are able to turn those thoughts into a reality which can be visible to the next person?
I'm sure you are familiar with the phrase of, " not looking at the glass as half empty but as half full." In most cases, a lot of people have heard something similar before. If not, let me introduce you to my own analogy.
First, let's rephrase with looking at a pitcher half full. How would you get others to see that pitcher as half full if the first initial thought is to see it as half empty? Well, you'd most likely have to pitch your idea for others to get a similar visual of how that pitcher is half full. That starts with seeing it in your mind first.
Once you have created that vision for yourself you can then turn those visuals into a reality where as others can begin to understand as well. If the pitcher looked half empty and you first saw it as being half full then you can pitch the idea that at the moment the pitcher was only half way filled but it won't be long until more is poured in. Now with that concept, how could it be half empty when there's more to still come? This example goes for every day in life.
Every time you wake up you should have a vision or a set goal. Everyone won't know or understand what that is. The importance is to develop a visual and create a plan with seeing what you want to do, want to become, or want to go. All you have to do is believe in your vision. Once you believe, the only thing left to do is take initiative to make it happen, and you can turn it all into a reality worth seeing not for only yourself but for others to begin to believe in as well.

-I hope this inspires your day.

Loyalty Between Business

Why Loyalty To Your Business is Essential

Can a foundation flourish without trust?

In the 1800's John D. Rockerfeller formed an oil company with a highly effective market of competitive pricing. He became one of the most powerful oil producers known to American history. Due to Rockerfeller's effective power within the industry many owners oil business had to form trusts that began a monopoly of fixed prices and deals to avoid competition. A tactic to be known and created by S.C.T. Dodd.

Due to the effectiveness of these trusts this monopolized method spread into various fields of the business trade forming merges and conglomerate. This formed a tight pact between these companies and industries that forced out every other competitor who did not merge.

Digressing back to the point of loyalty. The Dodd Method is a clear example as to how loyalty and trust is the entire strong hold of any flourishing business. During that era, all the businesses who merged with Rockerfeller became successful in production. Now, this is also a concept to be applicable to customers, families, and friends.

Due to the lack of focus on the widespread benefits of the consumers and market the trusts were eventually demonopolized. However, this is not to say that with the right moralities set in place formations can't still be formed off similar tactics.

For example, take a family and friends of 3. If these set of 3 members kept a tight pact of focus towards helping each member to succeed in becoming better writers, you would then see this consistent growth of progressive writers. Each group would then form a foundation. That would leave a family of growing writers and a group of friends of growing writers. Each group could then potentially produce products of writings to sell while also creating a competition of product... Let the best group win.

The Dodd method is still very much important to these groups because without the initial trusts and foundations built with the loyalty of helping each other to grow, these individual groups would not flourish.

Loyalty is the main foundation for anything to be successful. This includes loyalty to business, ideas, products, goals, consumers, and members.

Empire State of Mind

EMPIRE AND ARTS

As we know it, the business world has always made transitions when dealing with the changes in time of product and demand. From the Industrial era to present day there have been many variations made to business and cultures that have also affected the rise and downfalls of particular communities.

In the late 1800's and early 1900's the capitalist system was built mainly consisting of shipping, oil, railroads, and trade. As we look at the present day it is obvious that system has adjusted with time in to more technical and digital foundations. Technology now seems to be the way of the future also forcing companies to look at the possibilities of using automated systems, androids, and computers to complete tasks rather than actual workers. These transitions also forced those previous workers to find other jobs in which they could be qualified for as a beneficial future career. The focus of these future jobs also became very narrowed leaving out the attention towards other fields, such as the arts.

Art is the innovative state in which everything is created. From electronics, architecture, writing, fashion, music, culture. It's all made with creative concepts thus leading back to the arts. As we take a look around we find so many within the generations looking to explore their innovative ideas and creativity but not finding the right avenues and venues to do so. This leads to an open ended question of, what if there was more of an equal balance towards incorporating more of the arts into these future careers?

Imagine having more corporations and empires built around what people more so love to do, not excluding the necessities of survival and foundation. There is a middle class of jobs and people looking to be combined in this current era. Once again, due to a transitional period we find many people looking for future beneficial careers. However, due to the expenses of school and qualifications needed, a lot of positions are still not being filled. Yet, if these creative abilities of art were looked at as a certificational process it could potentially open up more people into careers that are also easily transferable in the future.

Building empires and corporations around the arts not only helps the generation of the future but also helps the building upon the cultures and communities.

How Important are the People To Your Business?

Without others who would we be?

Ever heard of the term, "do unto others as you want others to do unto you"? Well this is especially important when it comes to a business. One of the hardest positions is to be of service to others, but as difficult of a task this may seem, it is how this world happens to work.

Every job and every business has a mission to accommodate to their targeted consumer basis. In order to fulfill that mission most business creates a mission statement. The mission statement clarifies what your business is all about to your customers, potential customers, employees, suppliers, partners, and global market.

The mission statement is a summarized reflection of everything your business represents down to the products, service, relations, position, intentions, and growth. Why a mission is so important is because in order for your business to grow successfully it has to cater to those who play a roll in it's growth. Which is why understanding the method of helping and doing good to others is the very key to unlocking the doors of success.

In all reality, a successful business cannot be executed with only one person. There's always situations that include others. Every resource is given to a business through another person who chose to be of service to that particular business or businesses. Every customer is a person who chose to service their hard earned money into a chosen business. Even an employee is a person who chose to be of service to help a business in it's growth.

This concludes that everything in this world works as a synergy. (Synergy- is two or more things functioning together to produce a result not independently obtainable.) Without the cohesiveness of people working together nothing would be obtained. Every movement was not due to one person taking position a movements begins with an idea that eventually manifests itself into a group of people who then take action and initiate the growth of that movement.

It is said that one best forms of advertisement is word of mouth. If you treat people rudely and leave an impression on bad terms than your 'reputation' of good business depletes. However, when you are honest and do good to always serve and give your best then your business then grows. Loyalty is what brings you success and allows others to want to always be in cohesion with a business of positive intentions and purpose.

The Invisible Hand of Competition

Adam Smith was an Scotsman economist during the times of the American Revolution. He is most known for writing book, "The Wealth Of Nations" which helped to enforce most of the rules set in today's economic society. The Wealth of Nations was published during 1776, around the time that the United States gained it's independence. Within this book, Smith made the case for economic freedom with his belief that if everyone pursued their own goals the population is better off than if a Government or dictatorship runs the show and determines who gets what.

Smith believed that millions of people could create a stable society by being able to buy and sell whatever they pleased and would allow more chances for the economy to receive financial stability.

In his book, he also covered a term which he called an
Invisible Hand. This was his way of explaining supply and demand kept in balance.

For example, with today's society you find many musical artists pouring into the economies. This also creates an influx of music, creating more competition and forcing music sellers to lower prices on their sales. This competition helps to keep balance within the different fields of work, because with more lowered prices and competition, you then notice more musical artists are forced to find a more profitable career for stability. Thus, creating more balance in the job market.

"Whenever there's a demand for a new product, such as computers, more and more companies get into business, until there are so many computers for sale that the stores have to drop their prices." - Peter Lynch

This is just only a first-step basis to how the free market works, but can apply to any line of career when thought of in general terms. This kind of competition not only creates balance with the economy, but also helps to create improved products and lowered prices for the consumer.

How this information should be applied is understanding that no matter what you do if you stick to it, the doors will eventually open up.

Commission V.S. Traditional

Why Not Commission?

So what is the big "Hype" on commission jobs?
Could this be the next generation of work in the near future?

Allow me to share some effective options to explore. In today's society, you have many options for work. Any field of work requires a pay-out for the amount of effort that you put in. Some of the obvious differences between traditional work and commission work is that the hours and efforts in a commission based job can typically be set by your own standards.

Now this also depends on the what particular commission-based job you are doing. For example, there are still many jobs that offer the traditional work setting along with a commission/salary pay. These jobs in my opinion, happen to have great benefits. Not only, do you get paid off of your effort but you also are guaranteed a payment through the company salary which then allows a person to get more out of their efforts than just getting ONLY a traditional paycheck. This is not to inlude, health benefits. Which may or may not come with your other commission job options.

Another venue of commission work is a person's ability to work from home by selling a product or even affiliating products to sell. This can be done with multiple programs set up in the form of Social Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Referral Marketing, Content Marketing, MLM's, Affiliate Marketing, & etc. Now, I can't promise that all of them aren't "SCAMS". But I CAN promise you that there are many that work. Some of them all you to build in a revenue of over $100/day to mention at the very least. A lot them also lead up to the potential of earning thousands within a week. Depending on the program, you might have to put in a few hours of work, but you can do it all in the comfort of staying at home while you work. This is a HUGE difference compared to working 40 hours/week with all of your effort to receive a fixed payment. Not to downgrade the idea of a hard worker, these just happen to be additional opportunities who can handle working on their own. These opportunities tend to be great for the working mom, or just for individuals who believe in meritocracy towards effort and work.

I would never ask anyone to give up their job, but they can take moments to explore secondary options to earning a revenue. If you're the type who is tired of being over worked and under paid for all of your efforts then feel free to try one that works....
